Pilot Company in Minnesota is seeking team-oriented staff to maintain cleanliness and guest experiences across our travel centers. You will keep showers, restrooms, and common areas clean, handle towels, and support maintenance tasks while delivering friendly service to a diverse guest base.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and able to work as part of a team.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and stand most of the day.
• Flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining overall cleanliness of the store.
• Cleaning showers and restroom facilities.
• Washing, loading, and unloading towels for showers.
• Performing general repair/maintenance of the store.
• Picking up and taking all trash around travel center.
• Provide excellent guest service through well-maintained facilities.
