The role requires performing maintenance work, coordinating with contractors, and adhering to safety guidelines. This is a full-time on-site position with a daytime schedule and opportunities for growth within a busy distribution facility.

Qualifications

• Ability to work cooperatively with others in a team environment.
• Welding experience is required or preferred.
• Forklift maintenance experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned maintenance service requests accurately and timely.
• Schedule and complete preventative maintenance activities.
• Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot building systems.
• Coordinate and assist with special projects as directed by leadership.
• Assist in monitoring work performed by outside contractors.
• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures.
