Keystone Automotive Operations, Inc. is seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician to join our Exeter, PA site. You will perform maintenance requests, support preventative maintenance, and ensure facility and equipment operate safely and efficiently.

This role requires hands-on problem solving, ability to work with contractors, adherence to safety policies, and the flexibility to handle on-call needs and occasional weekend work.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand, sit, walk, push, pull, bend, and climb during the shift.
• Regularly lift up to 75 pounds.
• Comfortable climbing ladders and working at heights.

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance requests accurately and timely.
• Schedule and complete preventative maintenance activities.
• Monitor and troubleshoot building systems.
• Coordinate with outside contractors on projects.
• Communicate equipment concerns to leaders promptly.
• Maintain professional communication with vendors and coworkers.
