Job summary

Keystone Automotive Operations, Inc. in Ocoee, FL is seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician to help keep our facility, equipment, and building systems operating safely and efficiently.

You will perform maintenance requests, support preventative maintenance, monitor systems, and coordinate with outside contractors while communicating with leaders about issues. You’ll join a hands‑on team that values safety, reliability, and collaboration, with opportunities for growth and skill development

Qualifications

• Welding experience required or preferred.
• Forklift maintenance experience preferred.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work.
• Effective communication with coworkers, leaders, vendors, and contractors.
• Flexibility to work variable schedules, including weekends as needed.
• Painting, sanding, and machining experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned maintenance service requests accurately and timely.
• Schedule and complete preventative maintenance activities.
• Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot building systems.
• Coordinate and assist with special projects as directed by leadership.
• Monitor work performed by outside contractors and report issues promptly.
• Work within established expense limits and follow company procedures.
• Carry a company cell phone for on‑call maintenance duties.
• Notify leaders about unusual occurrences or safety concerns.
• Maintain professional communication with vendors, contractors, and coworkers.
• Follow all safety guidelines and company policies.
