A cutting-edge radiopharmaceutical company is hiring a Facilities Maintenance Engineer for their newly established commercial manufacturing site in Brownsburg, Indiana.

This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in the launch and ongoing success of a state-of-the-art facility focused on producing sterile, targeted therapies in a highly regulated environment.

The Role

As Facilities Maintenance Engineer, you will:

• Oversee preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance of facility systems and equipment
• Ensure full compliance with FDA cGMP and other applicable regulatory standards
• Contribute to facility upgrades, equipment installations, and continuous improvement projects
• Uphold safety protocols and manage environmental compliance
• Maintain detailed records and technical reports to support audits and inspections

What We Are Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in a cGMP-regulated facility, ideally in pharma or medical devices
• Knowledge of FDA, ICH, EU, and UK regulatory guidelines related to facility operations
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and a proactive problem-solver mindset
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
