Job summary

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health is seeking a Maintenance Specialist to maintain facilities and ensure safety across the Texas team in League City. You will perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting, lighting, and other mechanical systems, while keeping detailed records and supporting safety drills and generator testing.

Responsibilities

• Responds to emergencies and follows safety policies and procedures.
• Identifies and corrects safety hazards and ensures compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Performs routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on facility systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting, lighting, and general mechanical work).
• Safely operates tools and keeps accurate maintenance records.
• Participates in fire drills, evacuation drills, generator testing, and environmental monitoring.
