Job summary

Metro is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Manager to plan, direct, and improve maintenance of metro facilities, grounds, transit centers, and related systems. The role includes managing preventive and corrective work, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring safety and compliance across all facility operations.

The position requires five years of progressive facilities maintenance experience with supervisory responsibilities, strong leadership, and expertise in PM programs and CMMS systems

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or equivalent experience in facilities maintenance or operations is prepared; an Associate's degree is preferred.
• Minimum five years of progressively responsible facilities/maintenance experience with supervisory responsibility.
• Experience with PM programs, CMMS/work-order processes, budgeting, and contract management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, direct, and monitor maintenance of Metro facilities and related infrastructure.
• Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs and manage work order execution.
• Coordinate with multiple departments to support safe, reliable transit operations.
