Responsibilities

• Maintain buildings and grounds to ensure cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency.
• Develop and manage plans, budgets, and schedules for maintenance, repairs, and renovations.
• Perform basic repairs and preventative maintenance; coordinate and oversee contractor work.
• Manage facility security operations to safeguard company property and premises.
• Conduct monthly facility inspections to ensure a clean, safe, and orderly environment; oversee contractor services (e.g., pest control, cleaning, alarm/security) and verify licenses and compliance.
• Prepare and manage expense reports with accurate classification by location.
• Train employees on emergency procedures, including use of emergency lighting and fire extinguishers.
