Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in facilities maintenance or related field.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record; ability to drive between multiple locations.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and maintenance documentation.
• Familiarity with tools and equipment used in building maintenance (e.g., tape measure, level).
• Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail; ability to take ownership of tasks.
• Intermediate computer skills for tracking work orders and documentation.
• Independent worker with strong time management and responsibility.
• Customer-service mindset and pride in delivering high-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on interior and exterior building systems (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting, minor HVAC).
• Assess issues, determine repair solutions, and address root causes to prevent repeats.
• Respond to routine and emergency maintenance requests across multiple sites.
• Conduct preventative maintenance inspections and identify safety or operational concerns.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely, cost-effective work.
• Maintain accurate records of work orders, inspections, and materials used.
