This role performs routine and preventive maintenance on building systems and handles electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry tasks, working with the maintenance team to meet safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Support building systems maintenance and housekeeping to promote safety and cleanliness.
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on building systems and equipment.
• Assist with electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry tasks as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and report unusual issues to supervision.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and participate in ongoing team activities.
