Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse and office areas.
• Perform routine cleaning tasks and restock supplies.
• Replace light bulbs and air filters; repair doors, locks, drywall, and plumbing as needed.
• Repair and paint walls; coordinate with outside vendors for major repairs.
• Inspect and maintain HVAC systems; manage safety and waste disposal.
• Support catering events, meetings, and company functions as needed.
• Maintain exterior areas, lighting, and inventory of maintenance supplies.
• Schedule service for reach trucks and company vehicles.
