Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of progressive facilities maintenance experience.
• Strong knowledge of building systems (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, life safety).
• Familiarity with NFPA standards, OSHA requirements, and applicable codes.
• Proficiency with CMMS and maintenance documentation.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
• Ability to respond effectively in emergency situations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance and repairs across mechanical, electrical, carpentry, painting, and locksmith services.
• Develop and manage preventive maintenance programs for building systems.
• Coordinate small to mid-scale maintenance projects and track progress and costs.
• Ensure life safety and compliance with NFPA/OSHA and local codes.
• Maintain CMMS data accuracy and asset histories, and document capital renewals.
• Provide operational data and analyses to support leadership decisions.
• Offer coaching and development for maintenance staff and foster teamwork.
• Participate in on-call rotations and respond to after-hours emergencies.
