Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes, coordinates, and oversees day‑to‑day custodial duties.
• Performs maintenance and repair work including basic electrical troubleshooting, plumbing repairs, HVAC monitoring, and carpentry tasks.
• Supervises custodial staff; evaluates performance; assigns and reviews work.
• Schedules and supervises staff for efficient, safe operation and budget awareness.
• Develops and follows a Building Maintenance Plan for the facility.
• Trains staff in building maintenance and custodial services.
• Conducts routine inspections to ensure cleanliness and safety standards.
• Assists in hiring staff and covering weekend/evening shifts.
