Job summary

Marriott Vacations Worldwide seeks a maintenance coordinator to work with hotel departments to respond to maintenance requests, coordinate with other teams for major system outages or repairs, and manage purchase orders and receipts.

You will ensure safety compliance, uphold quality standards, and provide professional guest service while maintaining confidential information and safeguarding company assets. Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering guest-focused service in hospitality or related fields.
• Knowledge of safety policies and certifications as applicable.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in writing and speech.

Responsibilities

• Follow company safety and security policies; report hazards and injuries.
• Maintain professional appearance and protect company assets.
• Greet guests, anticipate needs, and assist guests with disabilities.
• Communicate professionally; prepare and review documents; answer phones with etiquette.
