Job summary

Complete Building Services, a CBS division, is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic for a 1,000,000 sq ft facility in Washington, DC. You will perform general maintenance, repairs, and system servicing, including HVAC components, lighting, and structural upkeep, following established procedures.

The role requires 3 years of relevant experience, HVAC training, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team, with flexible shifts and strong customer service skills. EOE.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience as a Maintenance Mechanic in a large building within the last five years.
• Completed vocational and technical HVAC maintenance training.
• Ability to read and understand basic technical drawings and specs.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs on building systems and equipment.
• Inspect and maintain HVAC systems, replace motors, belts, and filters.
• Replace electrical components and perform routine tests.
• Follow procedures in line with building operating guidelines.
• Provide flexible coverage and work varying shifts.
