Responsibilities

• Performs all essential job functions of Maintenance Mechanic I.
• Identify and correct equipment malfunctions in emergencies and power failures.
• Repair mechanical and minor electrical deficiencies.
• Identify and correct structural, carpentry, and roofing problems.
• Perform preventative maintenance checks.
• Coordinate relocation of personnel, furniture and equipment.
• Install furniture, cabinetry and some medical equipment.
