Responsibilities

• Perform efficient operation, maintenance, and repair of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting).
• Inspect building systems and report deficiencies; maintain equipment and tools.
• Plan work, obtain necessary tools, and complete related paperwork.
• Ensure safe operation of equipment and comply with life safety standards.
• Occasionally work extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
