Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Diagnose and repair machinery malfunctions, electrical and mechanical problems.
• Document maintenance activities and time spent on work orders.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to prioritize repairs and ensure safety.
• Perform minor framing, drywall, painting, electrical and plumbing tasks as needed.
