• Understanding of DoE, SPC, and statistical tools/methods.
• Factory position requires cleanroom attire; lifting up to 25 pounds; standing for a 12 hour shift.

Responsibilities

• Work with operations and engineering to dispositions, monitor SPC, and update specs.
• Diagnose and resolve process problems by following procedures.
• Set up and qualify assembly process equipment.
• Review and respond to RF test failures.
• Coach, train, and assist factory operators to boost productivity.
• Identify areas to improve safety, quality, output, and cost.

Description

Skyworks is looking for an RF Test technician that will fit well into our company culture. We are seeking a candidate who is flexible, someone who can change priorities at a moment’s notice and someone who is enthusiastic about learning and growing in the Semiconductor assembly Industry.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the operations and engineering teams to perform product dispositions, process improvements, monitor statistical process controls, and update specifications.
• Diagnose and resolve process problems by following documented procedures.
• Set-up and qualify assembly process equipment
• Review and respond to RF test failures.
• Coach, train, and assist factory operators in order to enhance productivity.
• Identify and address potential areas for improvement relating to safety, quality, output, and cost.

Required Experience and Skills

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact effectively with operations, equipment support, and engineering in
  a dynamic, team-based environment.
• Possess an understanding of DoE, SPC, and other statistical tools/methods.
• This factory position requires wearing cleanroom attire and protective equipment; Bending, twisting, lifting up to 25 pounds, and standing for extended
  periods of time during a 12 hour shift will be required.

Desired Experience and Skills

• Associates degree or above in a STEM discipline is preferred.
• 3+ years of experience working in a semiconductor manufacturing facility is preferred.

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is currently USD$26.44 -$47.84 per hour. Starting base pay will depend on relevant experience and skills, training and education, business needs, market demands, the ultimate job duties and requirements, and work location.
