Responsibilities

• Manage the facility maintenance team, including hiring, supervision, and professional development.
• Ensure all equipment, building and grounds are maintained and operational to company standards.
• Prioritize safety and support Lock Out Tag Out execution.
• Coordinate timely service calls and machine repairs; assist mechanics with troubleshooting.
• Oversee facility budgeting and drive reduction of losses through breakdown analysis.
• Maintain a compliant stockroom operation providing necessary consumables.
• Maintain an effective Preventive/Predictive Maintenance program.
• Oversee all onsite vendor projects.
• Handle other duties as assigned.
• Manage all maintenance operations and supervise capital equipment purchases.
• Coordinate installation of new capital equipment in the plant.
