Currahee Club in Toccoa, GA seeks a Facilities Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance team, manage contracts, and ensure premier facility operations for a hospitality-focused property within the Troon family.

The role requires a two-year degree or equivalent, valid licenses, and strong English communication. You will oversee mechanical systems, scheduling, safety, and staff development to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

Formación

• Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.
• Valid Driver’s License and other mechanical licenses (Boiler, HVAC, etc.).
• Ability to read and speak English.

Responsabilidades

• Performs repairs and maintenance and ensures cleanliness of the entire facility.
• Manages contracts and contracted services for maintenance of facility and grounds.
• Oversees operation of mechanical and power equipment used in maintenance.
• Coordinates exterior property cleaning and maintenance per company standards.
• Implements policies for Building Maintenance and facilities Department; ensures quality standards.
• Interviews, hires, trains, plans, assigns and directs work; evaluates performance.
• Monitors manpower, productivity, costs, and other expenses.
• Manages department staff including technicians, cleaners, and laundry facilities and housepersons.
• Ensures orientation and ongoing training; develops training programs.
• Delivers excellent guest service and communicates policy changes to department.
• Maintains regular attendance and conducts staff meetings.
