Job summary

Currahee Club in Toccoa, GA is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Manager who will lead and grow a maintenance team in a fast-paced hospitality environment. You will manage repairs, equipment operation, and service contracts while ensuring guest satisfaction and adherence to standards.

The role requires an AA or technical training and a valid driver's license, with responsibilities spanning hiring, training, and performance evaluation of staff.

Qualifications

• AA degree or technical training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid Driver's License and applicable mechanical licenses (Boiler, HVAC etc.).
• Ability to read and speak English to perform duties.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and maintenance; ensure cleanliness of the facility.
• Oversee maintenance contracts and services for the facility and grounds.
• Supervise operation of mechanical and power equipment used in maintenance.
• Implement policies for the Building Maintenance department and ensure quality of services.
