A manufacturing technology company located in Massachusetts is seeking a Manager, Maintenance & Facilities to oversee maintenance operations at their facility. Candidates should have over 5 years of experience in building services, with a solid knowledge of HVAC and mechanical systems. Qualifications

• 5+ Years’ experience managing building services in an industrial or commercial setting.
• Proven experience curating and implementing MOPs and SOPs from scratch.
• Familiarity with regulatory standards and compliance (OSHA, ADA, local building codes).

Responsibilities

• Own the Preventive Maintenance program within the CMMS.
• Manage vendor partnerships and service contracts.
• Oversee purchase order processing and budget tracking.
• Develop MOPs and SOPs to standardize maintenance practices.
• Establish business continuity and emergency response plans.
• Ensure documentation and equipment records are accurate.
• Build and scale the maintenance function for company growth.
