Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Manager

Reports To: Site Director

Responsibilities and Essential Skills:

·Oversight and supervision of the quality of work for Maintenance employees.

·Oversight of process equipment & utility installations to satisfy quality operation.

·Technical development of site Maintenance & Repair procedures and sustainability.

·Test, control and correct plant equipment performance to meet design requirements.

·Develop and manage preventative maintenance program for site equipment systems.

·Lead care and oversight of all site physical assets to assure safe and quality functions.

·Performs any other duties as assigned by management.

Preferred Job Requirements:

·Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred, Bachelor of Science degree in

Chemical Engineering will be considered.

·Previous 7 years in a mechanical engineering process equipment role required.

·Previous 10 years work experience with equipment mechanical design & installation skills preferred.

·Record of in-field and in-plant equipment work to achieve and maintain safe operability.

·Ability to transition equipment/utilities capabilities from installation to maintenance.

·Record of process equipment performance assessment and effective corrective actions required.

·Develop and lead preventative maintenance program site-wide for high level performance.
