Job summary

DuPont is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance teams and contractors, driving safe, reliable, and cost-effective operation of facility infrastructure. You will develop preventive maintenance strategies and ensure regulatory compliance while optimizing asset uptime and energy efficiency.

The role demands strong leadership, budgeting, project management, and problem-solving skills to support continuous improvement and business continuity across manufacturing environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering or related field is required.
• CMRP/CFM/PMP or Lean Six Sigma certifications are preferred.
• Experience with maintenance planning, budgeting, and capital projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead facilities maintenance personnel and contractors while ensuring safety and compliance.
• Develop and manage preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
• Monitor asset reliability metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate maintenance budgeting and capital project activity.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, NFPA, and building codes.
