Job summary

Beehive Industries in Blue Ash, OH, seeks a Facilities and Maintenance Manager to lead facility and equipment maintenance across the site and translate CAPEX strategy into executable projects supporting growth.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in manufacturing facilities, experience with CNC/additive equipment, CMMS, and capital project leadership, plus a Bachelor's in a technical field and Lean Six Sigma certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related technical field preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma certification or other continuous improvement certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic facility and capital projects; align investments with leadership; develop execution plans; deliver on time and budget.
• Lead facility maintenance programs, including CNC and support equipment repairs.
• Own maintenance metrics: uptime, PM compliance, MTTR/MTBF, reliability, and downtime reduction.
• Develop and supervise technicians/contractors to ensure safe, efficient maintenance work.
• Manage CMMS/ticketing systems; prioritize, allocate resources, plan maintenance, report KPIs.
• Lead facility planning and modifications; manage vendors, design reviews, space planning, permitting, project coordination.
• Ensure compliance with codes and safety across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other systems.
• Drive continuous improvement and reliability through RCCA, audits, preventive/predictive maintenance, and RCM.
• Collaborate with ops, engineering, quality, EHS, and finance to align investments with production needs.
• Develop and manage maintenance and capex budgets; forecast, prioritize projects, select vendors, track finances.
