You will own all aspects of property condition, including interiors, units, common areas, and exteriors, ensuring turns and work orders are completed efficiently and economically.

The role emphasizes clear communication with customers, team members, and supervisors, plus inventory and equipment management to sustain high-quality living environments and 95%+ occupancy

Responsabilidades

• Lead, manage, and hold your team accountable
• Own all aspects of the property's condition, from interiors; units and common areas to the exterior; buildings and grounds
• Make sure that work orders and turns are being completed in a timely and economically wise manner
• Communicate well with customers, team members, and supervisors
• Effectively manage inventory and equipment
