Job summary

Amentum is seeking a Facility Maintenance Supervisor to lead technical support, safety training, audits, and quality control in a fast-paced industrial setting. You will prioritize work for the client, ensure on-time completion, and manage documentation and reporting with the management team and client.

Responsibilities include overseeing maintenance entries via Maximo/SAP, leading safety programs, coaching staff, and reviewing new job requests for scope alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent trade school credentials preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites with emphasis on Excel and Access.
• Experience in supervisory or subcontract management capacity within a technical industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Experience in leadership demonstrating ability to analyze Facilities Maintenance problems and determine solutions.
• Experience creating PowerPoint presentations and giving presentations to large audiences.
• Experience with development and training of a multi-skilled technical workforce.
• Experience creating metrics and data mining for driving performance results.
• Experience utilizing Continuous Improvement disciplines like Six Sigma, Kaizen, Lean, 5S, 4M’s.

Responsibilities

• Monitors and/or manages the entry of correct documentation and scheduled maintenance via Maximo/SAP.
• Manages reactive/corrective maintenance as reported and distributes to technicians.
• Leads safety program for the worksite and maintains reporting.
• Audits work performance for safety actions and quality of work and coaches as needed.
• Reviews new job requests to differentiate between in-scope and non-scope work and addresses accordingly.
• Maintains performance of employees and the worksite team.
• Reviews and approves time reporting.
• Compiles, maintains and presents reports to management and clients.
• Participates in cost savings and root cause analysis.
