Job summary

CNC Oilfield Services, LLC in Frierson, LA is seeking a dependable Facilities & Maintenance Coordinator to oversee maintenance, appearance, safety, and functionality of our facilities, yards, grounds, and support buildings. You will manage routine maintenance and minor repairs while coordinating outside contractors for larger projects.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years of maintenance, facilities, construction, property management, or related experience.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections of offices, shops, yards, warehouses, and company properties.
• Complete minor maintenance and repair work including painting, basic plumbing, carpentry, door/hardware repairs, lighting, and basic HVAC maintenance.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from employees and management.
• Maintain preventative maintenance schedules for company facilities.
• Coordinate lawn care, landscaping, weed control, and seasonal property maintenance.
• Obtain quotes and coordinate service providers; schedule and oversee contractors.
• Maintain records of inspections, repairs, and vendor services; assist with budgeting and forecasting.
