Job summary

Atrium Hospitality is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for the Saint Charles Embassy Suites in Missouri. You will assist with managing building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, water treatment) and help plan preventive maintenance schedules to ensure peak performance.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of maintenance or engineering experience and prior supervisory or team leadership. A HS diploma is required; HVAC, electrical, or plumbing certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of maintenance or engineering experience.
• Supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
• HVAC, electrical, or plumbing certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with managing building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, water treatment).
• Help plan and evaluate preventive maintenance schedules.
• Conduct room and equipment inspections and identify repair needs.
• Ensure team members have needed tools and supplies through approved platforms.
• Coach and support maintenance associates in alignment with Atrium’s Core Values.
