Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with managing building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, and water treatment.
• Plan and evaluate preventive maintenance schedules.
• Conduct room and equipment inspections and identify repair needs.
• Ensure team members have needed tools and supplies through approved platforms.
• Coach and support maintenance associates in alignment with Atrium’s Core Values.
• Assist with scheduling, vendor proposals, and hands-on repair work.
