Qualifications

• 5+ years of facilities and maintenance experience required.
• Experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, ventilation, and minor carpentry.
• Proven ability to manage multiple properties and vendor relationships.
• Proficient in English (oral and written) and strong communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the general upkeep of each property and coordinate maintenance work.
• Manage third-party vendors for maintenance, landscaping, snow removal, and other services.
• Coordinate outside contractors for specialized repairs and projects.
• Serve as primary liaison for tenant concerns and move-in/move-out inspections.
• Ensure OSHA and safety standards are followed; keep records up to date.
• Respond to emergencies for tenant properties and document actions.
