The Salvation Army USA Western Territory in San Francisco is seeking a Maintenance Lead to serve as the main technician for repairs, preventive maintenance, and facility upkeep at the Kroc Center/Railton Place. You will support the Facilities Supervisor and assist with larger construction and maintenance projects.

This role requires hands-on skills in plumbing, painting, carpentry, drywall repair, and electrical work, with responsibility for safety, equipment, and coordinating with vendors for

Qualifications

• Maintenance experience (2–5 years preferred).
• 21 years of age or older.
• Valid CA driver's license.
• Experience in plumbing, painting, carpentry, drywall repair, and electrical work.
• Forklift certification within 6 months of hire.

Responsabilités

• Identify repairs and report to Facilities Supervisor with action steps.
• Maintain equipment, follow safety protocols, educate staff and guests.
• Daily monitoring of the facility and upkeep checklists.
• Assist in overseeing general maintenance and cleaning.
• Learn and manage Audio Visual equipment and event setups.
• Provide venue setup, breakdown, and cleanup for events.
