Job summary

Adventist Rehabilitation - Rockville is seeking an experienced Facilities Maintenance Supervisor to lead the facilities team and ensure regulatory compliance. The role supports the Director of Facilities and collaborates with security, safety and infection prevention teams to deliver reliable maintenance services across the campus and select sites.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5–7 years of experience preferred.
• 1 year of supervision experience preferred.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, climb, stoop, bend and lift up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Supervise facilities maintenance team and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide direction, coaching and performance management aligned to company goals.
• Coordinate with Director of Facilities for departmental oversight.
• Collaborate with Facilities team and Executive Director to serve campus and select locations.
• Assist in developing and controlling the department budget and costs.
• Assign work orders and preventive maintenance tasks; document completion and metrics.
• Support Security, Safety, Infection Prevention and Construction teams as needed.
