Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience in teaching or related field is required.
• Certified, licensed, or accredited in NH or by a professional trade organization.
• NCCER certifications are preferred.
• Must possess a valid Driver’s License and meet insurability requirements.
• Preferred: Previous Job Corps experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality classroom and hands-on training.
• Provide personalized case management to track student progress.
• Generate job leads and connect graduates with employment or further education.
• Maintain a safe, organized workshop environment and professional standards.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to support student culture.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance and student data.
