Job summary

Pilot Company is hiring for a store/maintenance role focused on keeping the travel center clean and welcoming. You will clean showers, restrooms, and common areas, assist with towel operations, and perform basic maintenance to ensure a safe, pleasant guest experience.

Ideal candidates are self-motivated, able to work as part of a team, and capable of lifting up to 50 pounds while accommodating a flexible schedule that includes nights, days, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be a motivated self-starter and able to work as part of a team.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for long periods.
• Eligible to work nights, days, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain overall store cleanliness and orderliness.
• Clean showers and restroom facilities.
• Wash, load and unload towels for showers.
• Perform general repair/maintenance tasks in the store.
• Take out trash from travel center areas.
• Deliver excellent guest service through clean facilities.
