Celerity Integrated Services, Inc. in Quakertown, PA is seeking a full-time Facilities Maintenance Associate to join our growing team. The role combines janitorial and groundskeeper duties, including cleaning interior spaces, basic maintenance, and assisting with vehicle shuttling for maintenance and repairs.

You will support safety initiatives, manage supplies, and communicate with other departments. A high school diploma and janitorial or maintenance experience are required; forklift or OSHA

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
• Experience in Janitorial, custodial or maintenance for facilities
• Must possess a good mechanical aptitude
• Computer literacy and MS Office experience
• Valid PA driver\'s license with the ability to obtain a CDL medical is a plus
• Forklift operation experience is a plus
• Experience loading and unloading trucks, trailers, material and equipment is a plus
• Experience with OSHA Compliance is a plus
• Must possess strong communication skills
• Ability to operate mobile apps for time reporting.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning, sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting interior spaces.
• Responsible for ensuring the building and the grounds are operational, safe, and well-kept.
• Keeping trash receptacles emptied.
• Minor repairs and Maintenance.
• Grounds Maintenance.
• Stocking of cleaning products and office supplies.
• Identifying, recording and reporting damaged, lost, and stolen property.
• Actively participating and promoting health and safety practices.
• Work with the Safety department to ensure our facilities are safe.
