Job summary

Compass Group USA's ESFM division is hiring a General Labor/Maintenance role at the Ford facility in Louisville, KY. This full-time position includes night shifts and no prior experience is required, with on-the-job training provided.

Responsibilities

• Assists with daily upkeep and maintenance of building and campus.
• Performs minor repairs to doors, fixtures, and furniture.
• Records meter readings to verify operating conditions.
• Adjusts heating, cooling, plumbing and electrical systems as needed.
• Moves heavy furniture and equipment safely.
• Notifies managers about major repairs or additions to systems.
• Performs event setup and general cleaning duties.
• Drives vehicles required to perform work.
