Job summary

ServiceSource in Denver, CO is seeking a General Maintenance Worker to perform general maintenance and repair of equipment and buildings across painting, carpentry, plumbing, masonry, and electrical work. You will replace receptacles, fixtures, and doors, patch walls, and maintain cleanliness and safety across the site.

Required are a High School Diploma or GED and 1–2 years of carpentry/painting experience, plus the ability to lift up to 75 pounds and pass criminal and drug screening.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years' carpentry and painting experience required.
• Prior maintenance/repair of buildings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Facility Maintenance, Grounds, Inventory/Warehouse, Loading Dock Freight and Material Handling.
• Perform basic rough and finish carpentry and prepare surfaces for painting; assist with doors and locks.
• Primary backup for Mail Handling Operations.
• Respond to tenant maintenance requests in a timely manner.
• Assist as the Site Maintenance support specialist.
