Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1+ year of facilities maintenance or handyman experience.
• Valid California driver's license with 3+ years of driving history.
• Reliable transportation to visit various sites for maintenance.
• Flexibility to work evenings or weekends for events.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Routine Maintenance: Inspect, perform preventative maintenance, complete work orders, troubleshoot on-site, keep areas clean and organized, ensure safety compliance, coordinate with vendors.
• Event Support (Marketing Events): Set up and breakdown of booths and equipment, transport and organize materials, provide on-site event support, represent the company professionally to clients and the public, coordinate logistics with teams.
