Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of facilities maintenance experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and task-prioritization abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform ongoing preventive and corrective maintenance on facility systems.
• Operate, monitor, and maintain all HVAC systems and associated equipment.
• Conduct regular facility room inspections and recommend corrective actions.
