As a front-line Engineering Services Manager, you will be responsible and accountable for leading and managing a team of hourly facilities cast members (electricians, kitchen mechanics, HVAC technicians, plumbers, facility support crafts workers and generalists) in the day-to-day operations at Aulani Resort. You will provide oversight and direction for troubleshooting, repair, refurbishment and show quality of all facilities’ assets. This role will act as a leader in the development and motivation of the team, practicing safety and ensuring high-quality performance while encouraging ownership and accountability. This full-time, salaried position reports to the Director of Engineering & Services and will be working onsite at Aulani Resort on Oahu, Hawaii.

The hiring range for this position in Hawaii is $95,500 to $128,000 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
