Job summary

The Salvation Army in Warren, OH is seeking a Maintenance, Janitorial, and Driver to support Corps operations. The position involves cleaning and upkeep of facilities, caring for vehicles, daily inspections, driving for errands, and grounds maintenance to ensure a safe, welcoming environment.

Responsibilities include supervising volunteers as needed, managing supplies, and assisting with seasonal driving needs. A valid driver’s license and basic safety knowledge are required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Clean and maintain all areas of the Corps, including the garage.
Ensure Salvation Army Vehicles are clean and fueled; report issues and maintenance as needed.
Daily walk-through of the building to identify maintenance or repair needs; notify Corps Officers.
Drive for errands and daily operations; assist with seasonal driving needs.
Maintain grounds of the Corps property including lawns, landscaping, and parking lot.
Order janitorial supplies and manage inventory.
Perform other duties as required by the Corps Officers.
