Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of three years related experience in maintenance/Facilities.
• Experience supervising staff and coordinating with other departments.

Responsibilities

• Identify and participate in process improvements to enhance safety and workflow.
• Supervise overall maintenance operations of the facility.
• Perform repairs and routine maintenance on equipment and systems.
• Maintain records and coordinate with administration for compliance and reporting.
• Test and maintain emergency systems and utilities within regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with other departments to plan maintenance activities and budgets.
