Radiant Senior Living is seeking a Maintenance Director for our NV Arbors Memory Care location in Sparks. Day shift, full-time, with a competitive hourly wage and benefits after probation.

You will maintain grounds, buildings, HVAC and equipment, manage supplies and budget, and supervise housekeeping staff to ensure safety and comfort for residents. The role requires basic carpentry skills and the ability to read, write, and understand English.

Qualifications

• Basic carpentry skills required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Read, write, speak, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the grounds, each building, HVAC and equipment in compliance with state safety regulations.
• Plan, prepare and operate under the Maintenance budget; order and inventory supplies and equipment.
• Lead and oversee housekeeping team.
