Paradigm at The Oak in Schulenburg, TX is seeking a Director of Support Services to lead our maintenance and facilities team. This hands-on role maintains HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, and related systems while supervising a maintenance assistant, and coordinating with housekeeping and laundry leads.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (trade certification preferred).
• 3–5 years hands-on building maintenance experience.
• 1–2 years supervising small teams in a single-facility setting.

Responsabilités

• Perform hands-on repairs and preventive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and life-safety systems.
• Respond to on-call facility emergencies as needed.
• Directly supervise the maintenance assistant; oversee housekeeping and laundry coordination.
• Prioritize preventive maintenance using TELS and generate reports for budgeting and audits.
• Log all activities, inspections, and compliance records in TELS; monitor safety and compliance.
