You will oversee daily operations, develop preventive maintenance programs, and coordinate repairs to keep the facility safe and well-maintained for residents, visitors, and staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in maintenance, healthcare or facility setting.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance programs.
• Experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building systems.
• Familiarity with CMMS.
• Excellent troubleshooting and project management skills.
• Strong communication and collaborative leadership.

Responsabilités

• Lead and supervise daily operations of the Maintenance Department.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for building systems and grounds.
• Manage work orders, maintenance schedules, and inventory using CMMS.
• Conduct facility inspections to identify needs and ensure compliance.
• Troubleshoot and coordinate repairs for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and building systems.
• Oversee improvement projects, renovations, and equipment installations within budget.
• Maintain critical systems, ensure safety standards, and coordinate with leaders.
