Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVACR systems.
• Prior supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Repairs electrical, plumbing, heating, and cooling systems.
• Supervises the maintenance department and orients new staff.
• Maintains fire alarm and emergency generator systems; supports life-safety compliance.
• Remains on-call for emergencies 24/7.
• Operates on the TELS platform for life-safety, regulatory and daily tasks.
