Job summary

Cantex Beacon Hill is seeking a Maintenance Director to plan, direct, and supervise the facility's maintenance of the physical plant. You will oversee electrical, plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration, and life-safety compliance, while managing budgeted expenses and reporting to the Administrator.

The role requires on-call availability, experience in institutional maintenance, and familiarity with OSHA/EPA regulations. HVAC skills are preferred and blueprint reading ability is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be available to be on-call 24/7.
• Minimum of one year experience, ideally in a SNF setting.
• Knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations.
• HVAC skills preferred.
• Able to read blueprints, schematics and construction drawings.

Responsibilities

• Plans, schedules, and supervises maintenance activity at the Facility.
• Performs and oversees electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, and related work.
• Track expenses daily on Budget Control Worksheets.
• Maintain maintenance logs and regulatory compliance.
• Provide daily updates to the Administrator on work progress.
