Job summary

North Slope Borough School District is seeking staff for cleaning and maintenance of District facilities on a Summer Hire basis. The role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least three months of related experience or training.

A valid Alaska driver’s license may be required, with physical duties including lifting up to 50 pounds and working around equipment. Responsibilities include maintaining a neat, safe environment, assisting with storage and inventory, supporting a preventative

• Graduate from high school or general education degree.
• Three months related experience and/or training.
• A valid Alaska driver's license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in keeping District facilities clean, neat and safe.
• Assist in maintenance and storage of District property.
• Assist in restocking and expediting material within District facilities.
• Assist in implementing the preventative maintenance program.
• Report unauthorized persons or damages to the appropriate authority.
• Adhere to all District policies and regulations.
• Attend District training and perform other tasks as assigned.
